Church Safeguarding 2017-07-26T13:28:21+00:00

Safeguarding is very important to have in place in any setting where children and vulnerable adults are present, including Churches, ensuring their safety and well being.

Our Church has a Safeguarding  Policy and procedures in place to ensure we do everything possible to make sure children and vulnerable adults are happy and are in a safe and healthy environment when they are at Church.

Our named Safeguarding officer is Bill Stone who offers support and guidance on all Child / vulnerable adults protection questions and queries and ensures our procedures are effective and up to date.

Bill is supported by Mark Bayliss (DBS coordinator) and Lisa Wood (Assistant DBS coordinator) who ensure all our volunteers and staff are full DBS checked.
