Safeguarding is very important to have in place in any setting where children and vulnerable adults are present, including Churches, ensuring their safety and well being.
Our Church has a Safeguarding Policy and procedures in place to ensure we do everything possible to make sure children and vulnerable adults are happy and are in a safe and healthy environment when they are at Church.
Our named Safeguarding officer offers support and guidance on all Child / vulnerable adults protection questions and queries and ensures our procedures are effective and up to date.
We ensure all our volunteers and staff are full DBS checked.
