Reserve Your Seat

Everyone’s health, wellbeing and safety is very important. So we have implemented a number of changes to building this environment. These are listed below:

  • Deep cleaned and disinfected all of our facilities

  • Full risk assessment of the activity

  • Entry will be by ticket only to comply with track and trace guidelines and limiting capacity.

  • Reduced capacity of venues.

  • Ensured social distanced seating and work areas in place.

  • Installed sanitising stations.

  • Set up one-way systems.

  • Increased our cleaning routines.

  • Clean and disinfect the venue between services

  • Ask all team and attenders to wear a face-mask.

We also ask that you assist us in building this environment by agreeing to the following number of requests.
We are asking you to agree with these whilst reserving a seat on the online ticketing system.

+ Tickets

We have limited the capacity so that we can create a safe and socially distanced experience. To ensure you get a seat, we’re going to require you to reserve a free ticket online before you come to church. We would ask you only to book tickets that you will use to make sure that someone else doesn’t miss out. We also ask that you give yourself plenty of time before the service starts to allow us to check you in and then to seat you. You can book your tickets on this page.

+ Touch Free

When you arrive, our amazing welcome team will check you in and help you to your seat without you needing to touch any surfaces.

+ Hygiene

New Horizon Church has been deep cleaned and disinfected by a reputable provider, cleaning procedures have been increased, all surfaces will be sanitised between services and toilets will only be available to use in emergencies. We do ask that if you are ill you continue to view New Horizon Church online in your home. Please do not attend our venues if you are showing any symptoms of COVID 19.

We are going to be asking you to bring a face mask and we’ll have spare ones available on arrival if you’ve forgotten yours, along with hand-sanitiser and sterile wipes.

All of our team will be wearing masks.

+ Social Distancing

Seating will be arranged in accordance with the latest social distancing guidelines. Households and family units will be able to sit together as a bubble and it’s really important that we respect this. You will be shown to your seats. We ask that should you have children with you that you look after them during the service and keep them within your space.

These guidelines also mean it’s important to keep no contact with other people other than those serving you on the team and only interact with one other household whilst in church.

It’s also a hug free zone! - We know you may meet people you have not seen in months for the first time but please respect the government guidelines and do not greet people with a hug

+ Worship

To prevent transmission, and in keeping with the current Government guidelines, we will not initially be singing out loud when we gather and we ask that you follow this request.

+ Toilets

Bathroom facilities are open, however, these will be open with social distancing inplace.

If you are attending a meeting with children and they need to use the facilities, we ask that you accompany them.

+ One Way System

We are operating a one-way system of separate entrances and exits.

This is in place for your safety and we ask that you respect and honour any team members requests.

+ Before and After the Service

To facilitate as many people’s attendance as possible, and to be in keeping with the government guidelines for places of worship, we are unable to open the coffee house for times of connection. This allows us time to clean the building properly and prepare for the next group of people using the building. For this reason, you will be unable to purchase drinks and refreshments.

At the end of the service, you will be directed as you leave.

We ask that you respect and honour any direction given to you by our team to help us to deliver as safe an experience as possible.

+ COVID-19 Symptoms

If you have been diagnosed with or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 you must not attend New Horizon Church.

Likewise, if you have been in close contact with someone diagnosed or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please stay at home.

In addition, if you have returned from international travel or been in close contact with someone who has returned from international travel in the last 14 days please stay at home.
